Phantaminum

Phantaminum is a mysterious and highly dangerous Irregular currently 1st in the ranking. He is famous for contributing to the creation of the stereotype against Irregulars. He is presumably the most powerful entity in the Tower and is actually an Axis. As the Riddle he is the most puzzling entity in the Tower: no clear motives no clear relationships. Before entering The Tower he was a guardian of order made by The Darkness in order to subdue beings of light called The Shining Ones. After defeating them and sealing each Shining One into jewels he defied The Darkness and ruled over all living creatures in the world calling himself The King of Jewels.
