Most likely nicknamed for his formal attire and businesslike demeanor Manager is one of Rokudous friends at the beginning of the series. Like Colonel and Rokudou he too wishes to lead a peaceful life at Amori High and is constantly bullied by his delinquent classmates. Like Colonel he notices that Rokudou is popular with bad girls and tags along with Rokudou and his friends when he gets into conflict with delinquent gangs.
