Kadokura Yuudai is the 16 Referee of Kakerou.
Kadokura is a tall man with a distinguishing appearance with the most noticeable thing being his black hair set in a large pompadour a style he has had since his delinquent days. As with all Referees Kadokura dresses in a formal black suit with a noticeably long blazer jacket he also wears a pair of unique white gloves which have a multitude of bumps on the backhand.
