Soo-Cheon Dam

Dam SooCheon commonly known by his epithet Lone Star of the Cerulean Sky is a martial master and the current family head of the Valley of No Return and a member of the Seven Lesser Heavens. He is the third son of Dam JeokShim a member of the Nine Skies. He along with SeoMoon Hye Ryung and Shim WonLee created the Cerulean Dragon Society in order to allow young martial artists a great voice within the affairs of Murim.
