A better sorcerer than her twin brother. She carries around her fathers broomstick. She and Bud are introduced differently on the anime and manga: on the anime she and Bud were introduced to staging a prank involving pumpkins in the outskirts of Domina but were halted by the Shilohs intervention while on the manga Bud and Lisa broke into Totos house because they thought that it was abandoned. But both on the anime and the manga Bud and Lisa became Shilohs and Totos apprentices.
