Kuon Kanai

A secondyear junior high school student who attends the same school as Karisu Kazamamori. He has short dark brown hair. He is the reincarnation of a baby angel collectively known as an Aion and since birth he has been able to see things that ordinary people cant see such as the spelllike black strings that cover the sky of Tokyo and small angel wings on other peoples backs. He has also been possessed by a palmsized angellike being called a Clione since birth and after Clione became one with Kuons spine Kuon was able to grow three wings. He has a strong crush on Karisu and meets her on the schools rooftop every third Friday of the month exchanging the special lunch box brought by Karisu made by the chairman for bread purchased by Kuon. He later confesses his feelings to Karisu but is rejected.
