Soredemo Shutter no Oto wa Naru

Hino is a photographer and a perfectionist. Because of his strict demands, his assistant quit in the middle of the shoot. In the midst of the awkward atmosphere, a young man, Mitsuo, steps up and says, "I'd like to be your assistant."

As Tobino works with this free-spirited and carefree young man, he gradually loosens up and becomes more comfortable with other people. But then, he finds out Mitsuo's last name, and realizes that he's related to the reason for Tobino's dislike of portrait photography.
