Its a very good manhwa. Art: 10/10 The art is fresh and clean soft lines consistent work. The artstyle is immaculate many panels are wallpaperworthy as well. The linework can be gritty or smooth but either way it is fluid with attention to shadows and lighting there is also contrast in detail and the panels flow well together and capture attention. The coloring is excellent and it never feels like panels are stark or lacking in detail or effort. If anything people might even read it just for its art.The effort into detail is also remarkable all the little things that accentuate the artwork. Plot/story: 9.5/10 The work itself as a whole has a unique plot and interesting characters its very well thought out and the narrative is excellent. While it is mostly a scifi action theme there are underlying hints of romance humor and sadness which make it have a very nostalgic feel. You get drawn to the characters and hold onto them and everytime a new character is introduced they all have interesting backstories and intricacies that go along with them. The plotlines are also consistent with what started out as a seemingly linear storyline but branched out and became a little more complicated. It is however easy to follow along and you dont really need to go back or remember details. It is very unique as a whole from the setting and worldbuilding to its focus on building everything up. Although the main theme is fighting it is not like a martial arts or technique this technique that story. There developments as the main character learns about his power and strengths and using them and how it transforms him. Characters: 9.5/10 The main character Aren has significant developments and is not a linear or stereotypical main character. Often times he is impressive as well as offputting and you begin to feel for him. His dynamic and that of the other characters adds a level of humor which is admirable. Aren builds his narrative on the characters around him as he moves towards his goal. He is not without emotions nor is he overly emotional. Hes guided by his strong feelings which slowly subside as he gains comrades and friends and is able to flourish. He has come quite far from where he started out and although he loses many people on the way he takes their words with him. Fighting: 10/10 The power system is also enigmatic and exciting and the fighting is extremely well articulated and dynamic. The main theme of the manhwa is after all fighting. So the choreography is very clean and the characters fight in different styles arts and techniques. There is never an absence of panels the scenes are clear and dynamic and full of energy not stale you might say theres a lot of aura. This is easily a 10/10 for me and the manhwa that stuck to me the most. Unfortunately there is an indefinite hiatus currently as the author had some issues serializing and will not be able to complete it at the present time. We hope for the authors well being and return to complete this masterpiece. The work is currently only available on lezhin it seems.
