Asshou is one of the worst mangas I have ever read. I was born in the same city as the author so a friend recommended me this manga from a emerging artist. I feel this is important to say because the series feel very amateur like from someone that started writing recently. The idea around the manga is very interesating and the drawings are good it is and addictive disaster if i wanted to describe it shortly. The story starts with the usual virgin mc extremely important and repeated tons of times that magically gets tons of girls. When people talk about this sometimes is just an hyperbole but here is literally like that. He has a friend that is fat also extremely important and repeated tons of times because why not that also magically attracts girls. But the most important character is his neighbour a very weird almost supernatural girl that attracts instead of girls problems. She is really popular because her tts are big also also extremely important and also repeated tons of times. But she is problematic because everyone that talks or wants to touch her she is most of the time portrayed as a lifeless obejct which it may sound weird but she feels like a lifeless being dies or gets in problems. The series turn dark after a random girl that the mc meets dies in a random club accident related to drugs. There are a lot of secondary characters like a tsundere girl or a genki guy all of them very similar designwise is almost impossible to know whats happening sometimes. The neighbour girl is somewhat connected to a dangerous guy with...questionable objectives. The mc and all his college friends are involved in this absurd situation. I honestly dont know how to describe her. She is somewhat appealing but also so eccentric. She is connected to something and people keeps dying for more than 150 chapters. The mc is in love with her but after some time starts doubting. His friend acts like a detective but he doesnt add too much after he magically gets a girlfriend. The characters are most of the time doing stupid and irrealistic things but they are decently charismatic. The female cast is terrible as you can see but the male cast is equally as bad. The ending is ok but the whole story wasnt good. I love supporting small artists and thats how i bought some volumes of this manga but please dont read it. The story is addictive because is a disaster full of plot twists and obscure ideas but as a whole is just a trainwreck in the worst possible sense. At the same time is very easy to read so if you have time and know japanese the manga isnt translated and the fan translation isnt complete sadly maybe you can check out but i dont recommend it at all.
