Honestly there isnt that much to say about this manga long story short its not a fullblown spinoff about side characters that couldve gotten more screentime or something superawesome like that. But that doesnt mean its bad to any degree. In fact its a pretty charming tiein thingy just a bunch of short silly gag chapters sometimes focusing on the main couple sometimes the side characters. Very much a what you see is what you get type deal okay with the exception of a chapter where Wakana nearly gets himself conned into a pyramid scheme by some rando who claims to be his middle school friend maybe. One thing that pleasantly surprised me is that despite this being a short comedic tiein with no real significance to the main series plot or anything the author actually chooses to flesh out the Inui siblings life a little bit as we get a glimpse at the way Shinju runs Jujus cosplay account and confirmation that Juju is actually kinda out of touch not just in the interactingwithmen department but the internet too. Both chapters where the sisters show up are a delight if youre like me and you gobble up any little piece of official material with those two. And the humour in this is pretty alright too. One of the chapters features a whole bunch of inuniverse mangawithinamanga pages from SuccuProb yknow that manga whose protag Marin cosplays at one point and the way its integrated into the plot was mad funny to me. I also have to say the art is pretty pleasant. The artist clearly has a knack for goofy caricatures: this weird JujuPacman hybrid had me in stitches both times it appears. Im not gonna say its some kinda masterpiece but I think its perfectly good at being what it is just some random comedic hijinks with the main couple and some side characters alike. Sadly Im not sure if Id say this is a good manga to read if you simply want to get a feel for what the main series is like before you decide to get into the manga or anime adaptation its certainly an option although do keep in mind some jokes very clearly allude to events of the original and assume you know what theyre referencing so you might be lost as to why some particular scene should be funny to you.
