Plot: Kanako a 17yearold girl transfers to an allgirls Catholic boarding school. Shes a lesbian and allergic to men as soon as she comes into contact with one her skin becomes irritated and she begins to have seizures. Her goal is to create her own harem. On her first day she meets Maria a firstyear girl no one can resist. It doesnt take Kanako long to discover Marias secret hes actually a boy the nephew of the previous principal. Maria threatens Kanako to keep her secret and will bully her in various ways throughout the series hindering Kanakos achievement of her goal. As for the characters I think Maria is the most successful even though I think she was given far too little time. Shes the character that made me finish the series along with God the dorm leader. In fact the best gags in the series are those involving God and Maria I think many of the jokes have aged badly especially Kanakos. Regarding Kanako I have mixed feelings... her perversion doesnt bother me but having her bleed for 12 episodes straight bored me quite a bit. I dont find her a particularly interesting character and I think shes the least charismatic in the series. Ill be honest: Kanakos character makes you not want to continue the series the problem isnt the bad portrayal of a lesbian character or the exaggerations but her constant repetition of the same jokes and situations over and over again. I can see the criticism of the ecchi anime world but its an idea that should have been developed better in my opinion. Ill give it a point for the religious jokes lol. As for the rest of the characters I would have liked a little more development especially for Matsurika who I think could have come up with more interesting gags. The author could have experimented more. While watching the series I often had doubts about the characters gender and sexual identity due to the Italian fan subtitles lol so its possible that many of the jokes were distorted. I really like the overall style because I really appreciate the aesthetic of old anime. The stained glass windows in particular are crazy I love them. The animes strongest point is probably the theme song its perfect for describing the series and has stuck in my head. I dont think its an anime Id recommend its nothing unmissable but its not terrible either. Overall its enjoyable but I dont think I could handle a second season. Ill think about it and maybe watch it in the future.
