A magnificent comic adaptation of Tatsuo Hori’s classic work of youth literature, Habataki: Ein Märchen. This beautiful yet cruel fairy tale revolves around two boys—Jiji and Kiki. Jiji, unlike an ordinary mischievous leader, is not only the strongest among his peers but also strikingly beautiful, with sharp eyes and shell-like lips that captivate those around him. Kiki, a small boy with a large head, constantly chases after him. One day, when Jiji stumbles and pretends to be dead, Kiki abandons his role in their game to gently ask, like a girl, whether Jiji is hurt.
